Return & Exchange policy

We want you to love your ZYNTRIQ purchase.
If you’re not fully satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Certain products (e.g., software, digital tools, or used devices) may not be eligible for return for security reasons.

Process

  1. Email returns@zyntriq.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.

  3. Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after inspection.
